Marco Baroni teaches computational linguistics and terminology at the School for Interpreters and Translators of the University of Bologna at Forlė, Italy. His main research interests are the creation and exploitation of electronic text corpora for the theoretical and descriptive analysis of modern languages. Currently, he is working on aspects of Italian morphology.

Silvia Bernardini teaches translation from English into Italian at the School for Interpreters and Translators of the University of Bologna at Forlė, Italy. Her main research interests are the application of corpus-based methods to the description, theory, practice and teaching of translation. Currently, she is working on collocations in translated text.
